Class Description

Prerequisites: Agility 1 graduation certificate; dogs ages 1 year and up. The skills covered in this six-week class will prepare you and your dog to confidently negotiate basic agility obstacles. Simple handling skills will be introduced to prepare student for longer and more difficult skills. What the class covers: Continued work on focus exercises as well as jumps, table and tunnels. Focus on stays and working together as a team. Introduction to the wobble board, weave poles, broad jump, and the bottom of contacts. Agility equipment used in this class: Jumps, wobble board, weave poles and channels, broad jump, bottom of contacts, and tunnels. What to bring to class: First night of class: copy of immunization records. Every week: lots and lots of treats or tug toy. Dogs will need a flat collar, no harnesses, chain, pinch or E-collars and a 4-6ft leash (no flexi-leashes) PAYMENT: If you choose to pay online it will be $135+7.25% tax + 5% convenience fee.
