NO volunteer hours are required for members - but - you may find that you want to volunteer to earn the perks!

Throughout the year the club hosts AKC Agility and Obedience trials, and CPE Agility, Scent Sport and Speedway trials. Along with these regular events, we have booths at various events and do demos around the Lincoln area.

 

As a member, we encourage you to volunteer to take part in these events. You can earn membership volunteer hours, learn new things and show the public all the hard work you and your dog have done. Hours spent promoting the club, assisting classes, teaching classes and building cleaning also count toward volunteer hours.  With your help we are able to provide quality events for dog lovers in the Lincoln area and promote our club.

So - what are those perks?

Year 0-1:   If you are a member for 0-1 year classes are full price, $100.00 per class.
Year 1-2:   If you are a member for 1-2 years class prices are full price UNLESS member had 30+
volunteer hours in the prior year, then member receives year 3 class discount.
Year 3+:   If you are a member for 3+ years class prices are full price UNLESS you have 30+ volunteer
hours in the prior year; then classes are discounted to $50.00 (per class).
Use of the volunteer log will be required and is on your honor to record required dates and duties.
